Privacy Policy
This policy covers the IFX website and the request process for AI token futures. It says what we collect, why we use it, and how to contact us if you want your information reviewed or deleted.
- Contact details you send us, such as email, Telegram handle, phone number, name, company, and role.
- Contract request details, including provider, model, side, notional size, maturity, settlement preference, and notes.
- Messages, call notes, due diligence materials, and counterparty information if you continue past the first request.
- Basic technical data from the site or server logs, such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
We use this information to review requests, contact you, check eligibility, look for matching interest, prepare contract terms, keep business records, and protect the site from abuse.
We do not use request data for advertising profiles.
We may share information with IFX team members, service providers, advisors, and potential counterparties when needed to evaluate or match a request.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or a regulator.
We keep request and correspondence records for as long as needed to evaluate the request, manage counterparty discussions, meet legal or business record needs, and resolve disputes. If a request does not move forward, we can delete or de-identify it on request unless we need to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.
We use practical administrative and technical controls to limit access to request data. No website or email workflow is perfectly secure, so do not send passwords, API keys, wallet seed phrases, or other secrets through the request form.
You can ask us to review, correct, delete, or stop using your personal information. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
